Kathy began her insurance career in 1987 after working as a buyer of ladies’ sportswear for a large department store chain. Kathy founded Haney Associates shortly after her debut, opening her agency in Feasterville (1988), and later moving to Newtown, Quakertown, and finally to Emmaus in 2004. Kathy has a Bachelor’s degree from Philadelphia University (a.k.a. Philadelphia College of Textile and Science), where she studied Fashion Merchandising, and, of course, holds resident Pennsylvania Insurance licenses in Property/Casualty/Life/Health, becoming a broker in 1997. In addition, she holds non-resident licenses in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia and North Carolina Kathy enjoys gardening, sewing, traveling and running. She has also studied feng shui for the past ten years.

Colleen is an experienced customer service and sales rep with over 20 years of working with the public. She has been in insurance sales since 2003 working previously for State Farm and The Hartford AARP division Colleen holds Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance licenses. She is a graduate of Kutztown University where she studied both metalsmithing and social work. Growing up in Allentown and then moving to Reading, Colleen has settled right in the middle of Kutztown, PA. She loves the arts and enjoys digital photography, painting, jewelry making, cooking and gardening. Here favorite time is spent with her two children who are complete blessings.

Diane has recently moved back to Pennsylvania by way of Newark, New Jersey. Diane has ten years’ experience in sales and customer service. For the past four years, however, Diane was a “stay at home mom” to her two children. Prior to that, she was an office manager at an Allstate Insurance agency in Norfolk, Virginia. She has also worked for Combined Insurance Diane holds a Property/Casualty Insurance license. Diane is experienced in sales, customer service and moving. She enjoys music, reading, photography and spending time with her children.

Denise is new to Haney Associates and to this area. She recently moved to the Lehigh Valley from New Jersey. Long time residents of Morris County, Denise and her husband moved to the Atlantic City area, but soon decided to move back north to be near family. She brings with her many years of experience as a municipal clerk, as well as a number of years in various accounting and engineering offices. Denise has an interest in music; she has played and sung with various community groups, and hopes to find new ones in the Lehigh Valley after she gets settled in. Much of her free time is spent cooking, decorating and spoiling her two Miniature Schnauzers, Chamberlain and Abigayle.

Louie was born September, 1998 and has been a part of the Haney Associates team since she was 8 weeks old. Louie is not much of a “worker bee” and can usually be found on her ottoman at the window — snoring. The one exception, however, is in the morning, when Louie waits at the front door for one of her favorite visitors “John the Mailman”. Louie’s primary hobbies are eating and sleeping. In addition, Louie loves rides in the car and playing at the park.
